Development Model
Our unique strategy that informs our development model seeks to transform challenges to opportunities. We find oppotunities for community development then engage the local community to get ownership and inclusion, create jobs, and identify beneficiaries of our medical/health, education and welfare services.
We identify that there are countless needs to overturn in communities around the world but with our strategy, we apply our strength where we have access and where it matters most. We set up structures to help identify the needs in communities in Nigeria
We bring the community together to set an agenda for the project implementation, and gain their ownership and inclusion. Community leaders help coordinate and ensure that the locals understand and participate effectively.
Our approach reflects our understanding that sustainable development must integrate with community buy-in. The project roadmap and outcomes are defined with stakeholders and partners. The most practical and effective pathway to tackle the project is collectively agreed.
We review the progress that projects deliver by speaking with the locals in the community to gather valuable feedback to showcase what the project has achieved.
